Rey Ray’s Mobile Notary Services was built on a simple mission: helping make important paperwork less stressful, more accessible, and easier to navigate for individuals and small businesses. We combine professional mobile notary services, financial planning, document support, and outreach to our active-duty/veterans service members into one trusted, people-first experience designed to meet clients where they are—both literally and financially.
We provide professional administrative support to help individuals and small businesses organize, prepare, and review important paperwork with confidence. Our Business Support Service ensures documents are complete, accurate, and ready for submission while helping reduce stress and confusion throughout the process. Services are administrative in nature and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.
Rey Ray’s also helps individuals, families, and businesses identify and recover unclaimed funds, including dormant accounts, uncashed checks, refunds, and qualifying unclaimed warrants held by state agencies. We provide administrative support with document preparation and claim organization to help simplify the recovery process and reduce stress. We only receive payment after qualifying funds are successfully recovered. Services are administrative in nature and do not guarantee claim approval or release of funds by the governing agency.
Through our partnership with Osudanna Legacy Management, powered by PFS Investments, we help individuals, families, and small businesses access financial education, legacy planning resources, and empowerment opportunities designed to support long-term stability and growth. We also assist small businesses in exploring retirement account options for their employees while providing accessible guidance and support focused on building stronger financial foundations and long-term success.
A major part of our mission is supporting veterans and active-duty military members through our Hero’s Welcome Outreach Program. A portion of our proceeds helps fund outreach efforts that provide discounted or fully covered mobile notary and document assistance tied to housing, employment, and transportation-related needs for qualifying veterans. As we continue growing from our local community into a broader regional and nationwide network, our commitment remains the same: to serve people with integrity, professionalism, compassion, and purpose.
